Collect Unlimited Feedback Effortlessly

Understand how your audience feel about your Website, Blogs & Email

To improve your service / product / content, you will need to listen to your audience. But, collecting the feedback ain’t easy.

No matter how creative you get, it’s always challenging to get feedback.

On an average, 2% of the customers respond to a survey (that is if you’re lucky) which is not enough to understand their needs better.

“So, what do you recommend Charlie?”

Help your audience to express themselves better, but making things simple for them.

Introducing Emojise

Emojise is a feedback tool that you can embed anywhere to collect 10x more feedback.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Embed the Emojise widget anywhere
  • Alternative to: Emojics
  • 300+ Ready-made Emoji widgets
  • Best for: Website Owners, Marketers, E-commerce stores

Start creating a widget from your Emojise dashboard, by entering the name of your widget, usually the website/project name, where you will be displaying the widget after.

Choose from the 300+ emojis to collect more specific feedback from your audience. You can choose to display the widget as a floating bar, or inline.

While you’re working on the design, you can preview the same on the right hand side.

Next, choose the widget position, and set up the trigger to display the widgets all the time (or) after a particular delay.

You can also exclude/include certain pages of your website where you want to show the widget to collect feedback.

It’s time to brand the appearance of the widget. You can change the widget color, button text, title & subtitle, number of emojis, thank you message, etc. to meet your branding requirements.

The “Element Screenshot” feature would help your audience to share the issues on your website/product by highlighting the respective portion of your webpage.

You can also let your users upvote for the feedback that are posted by others. It’s kind of like polls within the surveys (More Power to You!)

This way, you can collect the authentic feedback much faster.

Once you’re happy with the design & content, you can generate the HTML code that you can embed anywhere on your website (or) blog (or) email to start collecting the feedback.

You can track the responses, average rating over time, list of widgets, pages, etc. from your analytics dashboard.

Normally, you would be paying $199 per year for the Emojise PRO plan.

Being the Genie-Us you’re, you can get this deal for Unlimited Widgets & Unlimited responses for just $35 today.

And this also includes the future updates of the PRO plan.

Looks cool

I like it, it's simple to use and well designed. However, I hope that you guys put in a few more customizable features. Like the ability to ask more questions other than ratings.

Simple to set up, works well

I've got it set up in a few minutes. I like how it can be installed in various ways, for each type of website or even through GTM.

I started collecting feedback recently. So far I am pleased with ow it works.

Useful little widget that punches above its weight!

This is rather inexpensive and puts a fun spin on your website. Easy to set up and install. Non fussy and gets the result. I paid $10 after the $5 discount and a $10 reward from an earlier referral. It was literally no brainer.

Thank you SaasMantra and Emojise for this delightful little product.

@Rithvik: There was a slight problem with the hosting provider of the main website, but all will be back to normal by the end of the day.

The actual app is still working as normal at app.emojise.com :)

Hi, what happened to the emojise website?

I can't access the backend of the widget in my website. Going to emojise.com, it shows the following:

Notice: The website http://emojise.com has expired.

Description: This web site has expired.

To view this website again you have the following options:

• You are the owner of the hosting account?

You can login your Hosting Control Panel and renew your account via the Account Renewal section.

• You are a visitor?

You can come back and visit this website at a later time or inform the web site owner about the problem.

Please provide an update. Thanks.

I have found an bug.

Emojise does not work when adblock is on.

I get the error: Uh-oh... Something went wrong ❌

I use Chrome + uBlock Origin

42.7% of internet users worldwide (16-64 years old) use ad blocking tools at least once a month.

I was going to buy, but then I read this:

"I installed Emojise and after a few days all our google ads were disabled due to "malicious software". I contacted my personal advisor in Google and they confirmed that Emojise is marked as malicious. Could you please authorize your app with Google?"

You say you've contacted Google but they haven't responded. Please keep us updated because, unfortunately, if Google doesn't authorize it we can't use this. Otherwise ... great. Let us know, okay?

1. I'm using Google Tag Manager integration. It didn't work even with the option Compatible with "document.write". Am I missing something?

2. It would be helpful to add a button to enable/disable the widget without deleting it.

3. I suggest the possibility to add a customizable icon on the left of "Feedback".

4. I also vote for adding the possibility to request the name and the email of the person that left the feedback.

5. Add the possibility to show the widget only on a specific page: you mentioned (in answer to a question) that you can either create a separate widget for each product, or create one widget for the whole store. But I cannot see how to specify a widget for a particular page. It can be a widget that can be only visible on the pricing page.

@AJ: Apologies for the delayed response. There is a known issue with Google and its products (including Tag Manager) and am currently in the process of working that out with Google's support team.

As for the requested features, I've taken note and some will definitely be implemented.

@Zee: I haven't tested on MailChimp specifically, but since they allow HTML code to be embedded, then it will work.

To set it up, copy the code from the "Email" section on your widget's Embed page and paste it into your MailChimp campaign, using the steps described here:

Also, the lack of communication about this serious issue is very alarming. Are you taking it seriously at all? And do you understand what kind of harm "malicious software" tag can cause to your users?

I just made an email widget and had a few questions. Do you plan to allow any cname or customization of the links so that the html code added in the email can match the sending domain (and not impact deliverability), but also when they click on to leave feedback, that can do to a custom domain to match the business brand?

Speaking of that feedback page, I don't see where I can alter colors, etc, of that page. Is that in the works?

Thanks
